Refunds

The short version

If Aura is not right for you, email santech_devs@outlook.com within 14 days of your purchase with the address you used at checkout, and your payment will be refunded. You do not need to justify the request.

Why the trial comes first

Aura gives you seven days to try its on-device features before payment precisely so a refund is rarely needed. Trying it first is the best way to know whether it fits how you work.

Statutory rights

Aura is a digital download. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies to your purchase, it runs from the moment you buy. Consumer rights that apply where you live are not affected by anything on this page, and where they give you more than the 14 days above, they win.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Once refunded, the activation file for that purchase is no longer licensed for use.
